Objective
As the leading Pay TV operator in the Middle East and North Africa, OSN has a reputation for innovating, engaging and delighting its subscribers. With the launch of the OSN Companion App, they wanted audiences to gain even greater value from their subscriptions.
Solution
The OSN Companion App was built using Accedo OneTM, a cloud-based platform for building customized brand experiences. This provided the OSN editorial and marketing teams with the autonomy and flexibility to promote and target content effectively to each of the diverse markets. Accedo One gave OSN the autonomy to manage, configure, and monitor apps across the full range of connected devices.
Result
The OSN Companion App offers an enriched and intuitive experience that empowers OSN viewers to discover more content and get the maximum benefit from their subscriptions. It has led to reduced churn rates as convenient features have helped deepen relationships between OSN and its subscribers.
