We are seeking a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to join our Product, Design, and Advisory team. It’s a growth role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, design, and technology — shaping opportunities, driving alignment, and enabling delivery of impactful products and services.

You’ll act as the glue between teams, using facilitation, design thinking, and data insights to translate ambiguity into clarity. You’ll think like a product strategist, support roadmap thinking, and lead through influence. Over time, you’ll evolve from capturing requirements to shaping solutions, strategies, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clarity and alignment: Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to bring teams together around shared goals and solutions.
  • Shape opportunities, not just requirements: Translate business and customer needs into actionable deliverables, while influencing the why behind initiatives.
  • Lead through influence: Partner with cross-functional leads to shape roadmaps, prioritize features, and assess trade-offs between business goals, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Leverage data & insights: Use analytics, customer research, and market signals to validate assumptions, prioritize effectively, and tell compelling stories.
  • Support experimentation & learning: Champion MVP approaches, pilots, and iterative delivery to ensure solutions are tested and validated.
  • Innovate with AI & tools: Explore how AI, automation, and new technologies can streamline BA processes and unlock new ways of working.
  • Take intrapreneurial ownership: Drive initiatives forward with accountability, curiosity, and a bias for action.
  • Contribute to evolving practices: Help shape how we do business analysis and product thinking, raising the maturity of the team.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Certifications (e.g., Agile BA, CBAP, Design Thinking, Product Management, or Data Analysis) are a plus, not a must.

Experience:

  • Business Analyst: 3+ years of experience in analysis, stakeholder management, or related roles.
  • Senior Business Analyst: 5+ years, ideally with exposure to product management, service innovation, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to prioritize and validate needs.
  • Experience applying AI or automation to improve processes and outcomes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with OTT streaming, SaaS, or managed services is a plus.

Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA/Linear, Confluence, Miro/Figjam, reporting/BI tools, or equivalent). Comfort with data analysis (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms). Familiarity with AI-enabled tools a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional facilitation skills — comfortable leading workshops of different formats (design thinking, Agile discovery, prioritization frameworks, or other structured collaboration methods).
  • Ability to adapt facilitation style to context — from co-creation sprints to technical alignment sessions.
  • Strong influence and storytelling skills, able to move teams forward in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Self-driven, an intrapreneurial, radical ownership mindset — someone who “does,” drives progress, and leads without waiting for direction.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based at our office in Budapest or Madrid.
  • Some travel may be required on occasion.
  • Flexible work arrangements may be available upon discussion.

  • You’ve applied AI or automation in meaningful ways to improve analysis, scale insight generation, or streamline collaboration.
  • You’ve shown intrapreneurial ownership — taking initiative, driving outcomes, and leading through influence rather than hierarchy.
  • You have experience in OTT, SaaS, or managed services and an ability to navigate between product innovation and service operations.
