Over-the-top (OTT) video is growing, with consumers taking advantage of a wide range of content and service choices, often from multiple providers. For traditional content providers and media companies, multiscreen video represents a massive opportunity to not only complement existing services but also establish a relationship with viewers.

This has a number of key advantages, the most important being that you have control of the brand and user experience. If you don’t adapt a branded user experience (UX), you are solely competing on price and the value of the content provided in your service. With online services being provided by numerous others, that will very quickly not be enough; consumers want a much more personalised and dynamic experience across all their content choices.
