Accedo and Sonaecom bring IPTV gaming to the Portuguese market
Lisbon – 11 January 2008 – Accedo Broadband today announced the inclusion of its interactive gaming applications on Clix SmarTV. The Clix SmarTV service is supplied by the leading alternative service provider in Portugal, Sonaecom. Clix SmarTV is the first commercial IPTV service in Portugal, already getting a lot of market attention.
Clix SmarTV comprises of around 100 national and international digital channels, with the option of signing up to further premium content. Subscribers to this new IPTV service will now be able to enjoy a selection of games from Accedo’s Funspot® Game Portfolio. This contains the largest portfolio of casual games for IPTV and online consumer electronics, including for example casino, cards, puzzles, strategy, board games and quizzes.
