As a Technical Customer Support Engineer, you'll be the face of our company, providing frontline support to our valued clients and customers. Your mission? Ensuring their satisfaction with the cutting-edge Hibox software solution.

If you thrive on problem-solving and love the idea of being in direct contact with customers to resolve their issues, then this role is tailor-made for you. You'll dive deep into customer support challenges, working closely with our clients to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they encounter. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to conduct thorough testing of Hibox software and the devices it operates on.

Your day-to-day will involve fielding phone calls, responding to emails and tickets, and guiding customers through troubleshooting and setup processes with ease. It's all about delivering top-notch support and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience every step of the way.

What You Will Do

  • Identifying software and hardware solutions 
  • Troubleshooting technical issues 
  • Testing software and hardware and documenting the testing Installing and configuring hardware and software 
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem Providing timely and accurate customer feedback 
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem 
  • Managing multiple customers at one time 
  • Creating/maintaining configuration manuals 

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar 
  • Experience in working with customer support 
  • Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English, both spoken and written 
  • Technical know-how Interested in learning new things at a fast pace
