This role is for HIBOX , which is a subsidiary of Accedo Broadband. Hibox is searching for an accomplished and visionary VP of Global Sales to lead and expand Hibox worldwide sales efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of our sales strategy, steering a dynamic team, and scaling Hibox operations across multiple regions. Your leadership will be essential in elevating our market position, driving substantial revenue growth, and maximizing the reach of our IPTV & OTT solutions in the Telecommunications, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors. We are seeking someone with a profound understanding of at least one of these industries and with strong, existing relationships that can be leveraged to enhance our success in this role.
Hibox is a global leader in interactive information and entertainment solutions, offering advanced middleware platforms for IPTV and OTT applications in various sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, and senior care. Based in Finland with sales offices in Vienna and Prague, Hibox manages a worldwide network of resellers and is part of the Accedo group with a presence in 20 locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Implement Hibox’s global sales strategy to achieve our growth objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage the activities of the sales team across different regions, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet and exceed their sales targets Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets, leveraging your network and expertise to expand Hibox’s global footprint.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that Hibox continues to deliver exceptional value.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the executive team. Use this data to adjust strategies and forecast future sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on global markets.
- Extensive experience in managing and scaling sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level SaaS solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global sales efforts.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
