Accedo was founded in 2004 by Michael Lantz and Fredrik Andersson, and Toronto-based Digiflare was founded in 2008 by David George and Mano Kulasingam. Both companies have grown rapidly to become industry leaders known globally for delivering outstanding video experiences using innovative solutions and products.
