Leaders Collaborate with Australian National Basketball League
to Create Engaging VR Experiences
San Francisco, 29th March 2017 – Accedo, the video experience pioneer, today announced that it is partnering with HTC VIVE™, the leader in room-scale Virtual Reality (VR), to educate the video industry and accelerate VR innovation. The companies are also working with the Australian National Basketball League (NBL) to create exciting new user experiences for sporting events in VR.
By leveraging the immersiveness of video content and virtual reality technology, Accedo and HTC VIVE can create future video experiences that will change viewers’ perception of today’s video entertainment and dramatically enhance user experience. Accedo and HTC will produce a series of joint seminars and participate in various industry speaking engagements, as well as work together with key media accounts such as the Australian NBL to implement new VR services and technologies.
