About the role
In this role you will be a champion of Accedo’s culture, vision, and values. Together with the international People & Culture team, you’re managing the People function both on a daily operational basis and from a strategic perspective. You will be responsible for developing and executing a People Strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of Accedo, for example in the areas of organizational culture, succession planning, talent management and acquisition, leadership development, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
This is the ideal role for you who are an experienced People leader who would like the energy and the dynamics of a rapidly evolving industry. You love the diversity and complexity of a global organization where “one size fits all principles” do not always apply. We want you to bring a global mindset and work collaboratively with our senior leaders in supporting enterprise-wide change and transformation initiatives.
This role can be based out of any of our European offices
