Stockholm, 2nd April 2019 – Accedo, the video experience pioneer, has announced the market introduction of a sports solution at NAB in Las Vegas. It enables sports service providers to launch OTT and Direct-to-Consumer services featuring Live, Catch Up and On-Demand video to all major platforms.
Accedo’s new solution allows sports service providers to provide fans with a personalized user experience and includes powerful AI-driven business intelligence features. It makes full use of Accedo’s award-winning Accedo One cloud platform, which powered more than 8M daily users during main sporting events in June and July 2018, largely driven by football and cricket.

The Accedo sports solution contains a range of features and can be customized to customer requirements. Example of features include clipping and social sharing, A/B testing and data-driven design as well as innovative new capabilities such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality experiences. Accedo will also launch new advanced Service Management and Consulting packages tailored to the sports use-case.
